Shanxi Jiacheng Hydraulic Co.,Ltd. ( former named Yuanping Jiacheng Hydraulic Co.,Ltd.) was founded in 2003, as a Joint-stock private enterprise who was integrated with R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing and Service.The company has been relocated to Shanxi Yuanping Economic Industrial Park since December 2012, the entire construction area is 160000 sqm and the existing factory area is 32000 sqm. The total employees are 530, with 80 technical specialists. In the aim of comprehensively looking after national customers, we set up the branches in Shanxi Pingshuo surface Coal Mine, Shanxi Jianshan Iron Mine, Inner Mongolia Zhungeer and Xijiang Zhongdong surface Coal Mine.
As one of high-tech enterprise with its independent province-level technical center and building up a sophisticated Production and Operation Management System, who has obtained the ISO9001 certificate in 2006. In the meantime, the company as the member of various industrial associations, such as CHPAS( China Hydraulics Pneumatics & Seals Association ), SXAST (Shanxi Association for Science and Technology), CCMA (China Construction Machinery Association), SAE China (Society of Automotive Engineers of China) and SXAS( Shanxi Association for Standardization).
At present, we have four business lines for the global accounts.
The first business-line is manufacturing and rebuilding various hydraulic cylinder of construction and mining equipment, including of all international brands of OTR Dump Truck, Bulldozer, Grader and related construction and mining equipment.
The second business-line is manufacturing standard and nonstandard hydraulic cylinders (specification with max. 1000mm diameter, 31.5Mpa, 6000mm stroke) for engineering equipment, metallurgical equipment, automotive and various coal machinery jack and hydraulic support.
As the top-notch maker of special application equipment in mining industry, our third business line is manufacturing diversified auxiliary equipment for mining operation, including of YDL series self-contained Cable Winding& Unwinding Vehicle, YZ series Oil& Grease Refilling Vehicle, YHR series Start-up Heating Vehicle, YJM Multifunctional Engineering Maintenance Vehicle, YPT Blast-hole Stemming Machine, YBP Battery Power-supply Vehicle, YTS Robotic Tire Service Vehicle, YTH Tire Handler, and other customer-made equipment for miscellaneous application are avail to be manufactured.
The forth business-line is subcontracted for comprehensive repairing and maintenance upon mining equipment.
Furthermore, we have achieved favorable comment and trust from customer for self-developed special mining application equipment, such as Engine Turning Rack, Super Hydraulic Jack.
By means of patented technology, advanced manufacturing process and stable quality, the company has been serving for the first-class mining companies and providing OEM for famous domestic equipment makers, such as Shougang Mining, TISCO, China Coal Pingshuo, Shenhua Group (Beidian-Shengli, Zhungeer Energy, Zhongdong ), SANY Heavy Industry, NHL and etc.
