DP Electric Wheel Adjustable Lifting Platform Series

　　Shanxi Jiacheng DP-30 electric wheel adjustable lifting platforms are dedicated for the installation and removal of large-scale truck electric wheels. The products are applicable to MT5500, MT4400, 930E, 830E and other trucks’ electric wheels. The adjustable platform consists of the electric wheel fixed table, the clamping tools, the hydraulic pump unit, the base, and the adjusting base and other components.

　　The platforms are to be combined with 30t forklift to installation and dismantling electric wheels, which can control the up and down, left and right, front and back fine-tuning of the platform through the hydraulic system, to facilitate the installation and removal of electric wheels.

　　Main Features:

　　▲Moving mode of the adjustable platform: picked and moved by the double-fork of forklift to the location where the electric wheel is to be disassembled.

　　▲Up and down adjustable stroke: 0-150MM, adjustable speed range of 200-500mm/min, smooth and accurate adjustment.

　　▲Left and right adjustable stroke: 0-150MM, adjustable speed range of 200-500mm/min, smooth and accurate adjustment.

　　▲Front and back adjustable stroke: 0-150MM, adjustable speed range of 200-500mm/min, smooth and accurate adjustment.

　　▲Rotation: the electric wheel rotates up and down or left and right in the range of 15° for fine-tuning; adjustable speed of 200-500mm/min, smooth and accurate adjustment.
