Shanxi Jiacheng Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (Formerly known as Yuanping Jiacheng Hydraulic Co., Ltd.) was established in 2003 and is a joint-stock private enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service.
In December 2012, the company established its presence in the Yuanping Circular Economy Industrial Park in Shanxi Province, occupying a site of 160,000 square meters with 32,000 square meters of factory space. The company currently employs 530 staff members, including 80 technical professionals. It maintains branch offices in Beijing and Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia, and has representative offices at the Pingshuo Open-Pit Coal Mine, the Jianshan Iron Ore Mine in Shanxi, as well as at the Jungar and Jun Dong open-pit mining sites in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang, respectively.
The company is currently a high-tech enterprise in Shanxi Province and operates a provincial-level enterprise technology center. It serves as a director unit of the China Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Sealing Components Industry Association, a director unit of the Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Association, and a member of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, the China Society of Automotive Engineers, and the Shanxi Provincial Standards Association. In 2006, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system and has since established a comprehensive production, service, and management assurance framework.
Currently, the company offers four major categories of mature products, each comprising multiple series and a wide range of models to meet diverse user needs:
Category 1: Manufacturing and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders for open-pit mining. We primarily supply front and rear suspension cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, and related maintenance services for off-highway dump trucks, bulldozers, motor graders, and other construction machinery, covering both domestic and international brands.
Category II: Production of standard and non-standard hydraulic cylinders. Primarily engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of pneumatic‑hydraulic suspension systems for mining trucks and heavy‑duty trucks across a range of tonnage classes.
Category III: Research, development, and manufacturing of specialized equipment for open-pit mines. The company primarily offers the YDL series mining‑specific cable cars, the YZ series mining‑specific grease‑lubrication vehicles, the YHR series mining‑specific starter‑heating units, the YJM series mining‑specific engineering maintenance vehicles, the YPT mining‑specific blast‑hole plugging machines, the YBP mining‑specific battery‑powered vehicles, the YTS mining‑specific tire‑service vehicles, and the YTH mining‑specific tire‑handling machinery, among other equipment. These products are widely used across major open-pit mining operations in China and have established the company as one of the few domestic manufacturers and suppliers of specialized mining equipment.
Category Four: On-site technical services for open-pit mines. Service bases are established at China National Coal Group’s Pingshuo Mine and Datang International’s Xilinhot Mining Company, providing specialized equipment maintenance and contract‑based services.
Relying on its patented technologies, advanced manufacturing processes, and consistent product quality, the company has successfully captured market share. Dozens of leading enterprises—including SANY Heavy Industry, Northern Vehicle Group, Shougang Mining, Tai Steel Group, China National Coal Group Ping朔, Shenhua North Electric Power, Shenhua Juneng, Shenhua Xinjiang Jun Dong Open-Pit Mine, and Dexing Copper Mine—have become the company’s end‑users.
Currently, the company’s hydraulic cylinders and suspension components for mining trucks are exported worldwide, with customers including Peabody Energy’s Australian subsidiary, Rio Tinto, and the Oyu Tolgoi copper‑gold mine in Mongolia.
